About Adams Towing, Inc.

Adams Towing is Jacksonville’s premier towing company. Since our inception in 2000, Adams Towing has focused its mission on the Safety, Service, and Satisfaction of our customers and their clients. Under new ownership, we have taken that level of service to an even higher level. We understand that the company coming out to pick-up their client’s vehicles is a direct reflection of your company. Our expert drivers are thoroughly trained and highly proficient in the safe transport of vehicles. We operate well maintained, reliable equipment to ensure the equipment is always on the ready. Adams Towing is available to provide 24 hours a day / 7 days a week service to ensure that we always have a driver ready to assist your customers in their time of need. We also utilize modern, state-of-the-art dispatch software to ensure we gather the necessary information to send the right equipment to the nearest customer. As a company we focus more on the quality of service and less on the volume of vehicles moved. When given the opportunity to work for you, we are committed to the strengthening of our business relationship one call at a time. From the first call, we are confident that you will be happy you decided to use us. We believe the following Mission Statement sums it up the best: “To apply the highest level of quality and professionalism to our community. Safely and courteously conducting ourselves to reflect a positive image to all that experience our company. We strive for complete satisfaction for our customers and will always be open to any communication given to improve the type of service expected. Service, Safety, Satisfaction”
