ADAPT Training is a center for therapy, athletics and fitness in Beaverton, Oregon. Our purpose is to re-educate the muscular systems of our members so their bodies can function in the most efficient way possible – the way nature intended. The human body will ultimately perform to an entirely new standard of excellence when the laws of nature are utilized, not ignored.
