About Adaptive Counseling And Case Management
Our mission at Adaptive Counseling and Case Management is to empower people and communities to pursue health and wellness. We offer northern Michigan clients services that include Counseling, Health Care Case Management, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Adaptive also contracts with organizations to provide trainings and educational seminars on a variety of topics. We partner with physician offices to provider care management services as well as integrated behavioral health services.
