We provide support services from project ideation to post production support, we provide the resources, skills and support required to operate a stable SAP ecosystem. One Stop Shopping - We aim to support our clients with strategy, design, development, PMO and maintenance of their SAP ecosystem. Same Quality, Lower Price - Our services will beat all final bids by traditional large consulting firms, and we are willing to provide fixed fee services while locking in production support rates for 2 -3 years on large scale projects. Why pay more if you can get the same skills & quality for less. Our Team - We offer our clients subject matter expertise, developers, and support services to help them throughout the design, build, and testing phases of their SAP ecosystem. We provide the necessary post-production support in an onshore or nearshore capacity based model. Production Support Services - We believe that critical production support should not be offshored, as offshore models are based on a rotation of support resources, who provide you with ever-changing resources, making it difficult to provide consistent, high-quality support, and cause communication issues and negative impact on speed to market. Agile Support Services - Organizations using agile require ongoing agile operational support to match. OUR VALUE: * Business friendly support in the same time zone and language, expediting issue resolution time and improved communication with business & product owners. * Capacity-based resource model aims to minimize costs, improve long term stability, continuous improvement and stable systems * Simplified Contracting Terms - We understand our clients’ needs may change over time, and our model can change accordingly with no penalties or complex contract changes
