About ADD-ON PRODUCTS - Simplify Your Workspace Management

Simplify meeting room and workspace management. We are a global provider of modern software solutions for booking desks, workspaces, meeting rooms, digital signs, and other resources to support your workplace. Built for Microsoft Outlook®, Exchange & Microsoft 365. Whether you're booking a meeting room or desk through Outlook®, from your mobile phone, by using the Workspace app, or through Outlook® on the Web, Add-On Products gives you maximum flexibility in creating your ideal booking solution. Moreover, with our licensing model, we adapt to your working environment, meaning we can license per individual resource or a group. You can also choose a SaaS solution. Create a more modern workplace by implementing digital signage and book, extend, or cancel directly on the screen. Our software is hardware-independent and supports Android, iOS, or Windows-based screens/tablets. Our software solutions help employees find and book available desks, conference/meeting rooms, order catering & extra services, and pre-register visitors. It also provides a web-based overview of all orders to backend personnel, with the ability to print reports and integrate with digital signage and invoicing as an example. With our Workspace booking app for your smartphone, you can book desks/workspaces and meeting rooms via an interactive floor map or QR code scanning. Add-On Products helps you find and book the right spaces with ease. From workspaces, desks, or meeting rooms to huddle rooms and parking spaces, we make it easy to locate and book available resources and order additional services.
