AM-COE is a world-leading research and manufacturing centre with a focus on industrial scale service capacity of DLP vat-photopolymerisation 3D printing of ceramics, polymers, composite, magnet, and metal formulations and components, providing production and research services to Aero, Automotive, Energy, and other manufacturing industries. with over 200x ceramic 3d printers in house and 3d printer and OEM machine manufacturing capability, AM-COE is currently rund the world's biggest ceramic printing facility in Derby, UK. AM-COE is the world's leading manufacturing facility in 3D printing ceramic cores, casting patterns, and high-efficiency casting filters for the investment casting process of manufacturing blades, nozzles, Vanessa, and structural parts.of industrial gas turbines (IGT) and jet engines. Our ceramic speciality is 3d printing, injection, and CNC machining Silica, alumina, and zirconia, for various applications. AM-COE also offers material characterisation services, vacuum and atmosphere heat treatment and firing services, thin film ceramic manufacturing and membranes, and ceramic and composite material development. Our R&D is leading a wold-class a consortium in developing sodium-Ion solid-state battery for energy storage solutions, as well as two other European funded projects, one on hydrogen fuel cells and another one on developing a hybrid (additive/subtractive) ceramic 3d printing technology with embedded laser abration and metrology systesm. We are actively looking for research partners, and mid TRL level challenges to empower the application of ceramics and 3d printing technology in mainstream manufacturing.
