About AdopTic, M365 & CoPilot Adoption Specialists

We are a consulting firm that was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic with the goal of helping organizations work effectively and efficiently with the new Microsoft 365 collaborative tools. We believe that, in any company in the world—regardless of the sector it operates in, and whether it is large or small—the same basic work processes are repeatedly carried out: Communication and meetings Creation and sharing of documentation Work planning AdopTic helps organizations make these processes more efficient through the execution of a change-management project we call “M365 Adoption.” This project is delivered expertly by consultants certified in both project management (PMP from PMI) and change management (ADKAR from Prosci). We are convinced that organizations do not work effectively and efficiently simply by having the tools available. Highly efficient organizations invest significant time and effort in thinking before acting, deciding how each tool should be used. Our clients include both large and small companies from many different sectors. In most cases, we begin by working individually with members of their executive committees and then go on to deliver practical training to the rest of the organization.
