From our clinics and 24-hour emergency room, to surgery, cardiology and diagnostic services — patients will find everything you and your family may need under one roof, plus remote telemedicine — all provided by our elite team of physicians and state-of-the-art technologies. We are focused on enabling patients on their path to maximum medical improvement (MMI) as soon as possible, without the pain and frustration of multiple trips to multiple specialists in multiple locations. Coordinated Care maximizes the integration, sequencing and synchronization across the disciplines of Physical & Rehabilitation, Radiology/Diagnostic Testing, Neurology, Neuropsychology, Psychiatry and Pain Management.
