About AdventureTix

The AdventureTix solution focuses on small to mid-sized venues (up to 25,000 seats) across a huge swath of industries, from arenas to rodeo, colleges and universities to community playhouses, non-profit organizations and even a special division devoted to high school athletic and arts events. With our full-featured box office ticketing solution, you will have REAL touch screen software that you can install locally, integrate directly with your printers and cash drawers, and then use to run a REAL box office. We don't limit you to clicking around in a web browser. Many of our larger users run numerous side-by-side box office windows and manage lines of hundreds of people purchasing tickets all at once. Fully integrated with our core ticketing platform is, of course, our full mobile adaptive online ticketing platform, which can be heavily customized to look like your web site and seamlessly manage your biggest on-sales. Patrons can select their own reserved seats in real time, print their tickets at home or present them to you at your access control point(s) on their mobile device. Our advanced features include things like super-simple season ticketing processing (voted the best season ticketing in the industry and including fully patron-managed online season ticket sales and annual renewals), automated social distancing for reserved seating events, online donation processing and "tip donations" (rounding up the transaction total) during online purchases, box office and online merchandise and concession handling, an unlimited shopping cart model, and much more.
