About Aegis Company

The greatest successes achieved in the technology industry today are due to having the right people in the right place at the right time. This does not happen by coincidence and at Aegis we are passionate about playing a role in making these connections. We believe that by investing in people we are investing in the success of our clients. With our combined industry knowledge and years of experience working with people across the technology sector, we can help you make the right connection. We work to achieve this through adherence to several key values: PEOPLE - At Aegis, our passion is people. There are many components required for achieving success in business, but none of them work without the right people. Building the right team is a critical first step toward developing and delivering successful solutions to complex business problems. PASSION - We strive to align people who are passionate about their specialty with teams that have a specific need in this technology area. At its best, this results in higher retention rates, accelerated progress, and can be key in assembling a long-term high impact team. PLANNING - Understanding fundamental requirements and timing are critical to planning a successful project. The same applies to people; through identifying personal passion and career momentum, and then helping them merge with a growing team heading in the same direction.
