Aer Arann Islands also offer the unique experience of scenic flights over the Cliffs of Moher from Connemara, Co Galway. Aer Arann Islands were established in 1970 and runs 364 days a year, only closing on Christmas Day. Flights run daily with a frequency of up to 25 flights per day during peak season, with a flight time of less than ten minutes, the airline provides a vital link for Islander and tourist alike to the mainland.
