About Aero Transportation

Aero Transportation is a premier Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider based in Niagara Falls, New York, known for its safe, punctual, and compassionate service. Founded by Nazreen “Naz” Akhtar (CEO) and Anas Mangla (Vice President and Director of Operations), Aero began as a family-driven venture with a simple goal: to bridge gaps in healthcare access across Western New York. Today, the company has grown into a trusted community partner, offering wheelchair-accessible vehicles, attentive drivers, and end-to-end support for individuals who need reliable rides to medical appointments, rehabilitation sessions, and more. Located at 6951 Williams Road, Aero Transportation is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of seniors, patients with mobility challenges, and anyone requiring additional assistance. With Ray Ahmad (Naz’s brother) overseeing daily operations, the entire team prides itself on ensuring passengers feel safe, respected, and well cared for—from door to door. Whether it’s coordinating schedules with clinics or providing a comforting hand during pick-up, Aero goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding service tailored to every rider’s situation. Beyond transportation, Aero actively partners with local businesses and nonprofit organizations to bolster community outreach. Notably, through collaborative efforts with Bridge Niagara Foundation, they’ve helped organize a Turkey Giveaway, ensuring families in need can enjoy holiday meals. This blend of professional service and heartfelt engagement has positioned Aero Transportation as more than just a ride provider: it’s a pillar in the Western New York community, uniting people and resources for a healthier, more inclusive future.
