The Problem We Solve: While 15% of the population lives with a disability, their acceptance in the workforce remains disproportionately low due to a lack of specialized job-readiness and infrastructure readiness in companies. Our Strategic Approach: We provide structured skilling across all disabilities, focusing on roles with high industry demand, such as Telesales, Recruitment, and Accounts/Tally. Our training goes beyond theory, emphasizing: Professional Fundamentals: Communication, workplace etiquette, and disability management.
