We typically lead financing rounds with investment commitments ranging from $2mm to $10mm. In our private equity business, we leverage 20 years of capital markets experience to identify and work with ambitious management teams to accelerate growth, access new markets and transform businesses. We focus on companies with an industry-leading niche, that are cash generative and where the business is a platform for growth. We look to invest in companies with revenues between $5mm and $25mm.
