About Aetervox

Aetervox is a flexible micro-warehouse 3PL and distribution partner built by operators who scale brands in the real world. From 2-day ground across the Southeast to retail/EDI support and import/export projects, we combine precision fulfilment with founder-level urgency. Our founders also built White Lion Labs—growing nationwide retail doors—so we design logistics with a builder’s mindset: practical, fast, margin-aware. WHAT WE DO • Pick, Pack & Ship (DTC + wholesale): barcode scanning, batch picking, WMS-driven accuracy, same-day cut-off (2 p.m.), >99.5% pick accuracy targets. • Micro-Warehouse & Fractional Space: scale up/down without long leases; short terms, simple pricing. • Retail & EDI Compliance: routing guides, carton/pallet labels, ASN/EDI coordination. • Returns, Kitting & Co-Pack: simple assemblies, re-bag/label, bundles, kits. • International & Tariff-Savvy Fulfilment: import projects, landed cost planning, and (via licensed partners) duty drawback assessments; FTZ/bonded solutions available through partners when appropriate. • Rate Shopping & Cart Integration: multi-carrier shipping, Shopify/BigCommerce/WooCommerce integrations. • Wholesale & Distribution Support: leverage our Southeast gym/retail network and relationships to speed sell-through where relevant. WHY AETERVOX • Flexible by design: fractional space + transactional pricing to match demand. • Operator DNA: decisions grounded in cash flow, margins, and CX—because we run brands, too. • Speed + accuracy: same-day ship window and WMS controls that reduce returns. • Transparency: clear SLAs, live tracking, and pro-level communication. LOCATIONS • Raleigh, NC (HQ) • Dallas (December 2025) (Operations & client services) Let’s build a logistics engine that actually supports growth.
