Founded in 2012, Aevitas Property Partners has set-up and grown six specialized real estate operating companies. Present in Europe and India we currently manage over $4 billion of assets. We are not opportunity investors or market timers. We are property investors that understand the importance of aligned local partners and the support they require to prosper. Sponsored and owned by a large U.S. pension fund, we provide access to long-term permanent capital that is focused on platform development and strengthening of market position. We combine our extensive network, market knowledge and experience with a flexibility to use our global insights to pursue innovation that contributes to the success of our existing and new investment platforms. We can invest in existing companies or sponsor start-up platforms. We are not limited to investing at any one particular growth stage.
