Since 1990, we have continued to work and live by this mission, offering the best of both worlds in traditional healthcare and natural medicine. AFC has expanded to 9 locations Valley-wide. While the practice has grown substantially in the last several years, Dr. Wall and Dr. Bock take pride in AFC's mom-and-pop, community-based feel. AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic Centers is staffed with some of the Valley’s best physicians’ assistants, chiropractors, medical assistants, physical therapy techs, and massage therapists. Using advanced diagnostics, superior testing technologies, and cutting-edge medical equipment, the team at AFC strives to provide exceptional care to patients suffering from a variety of ailments, conditions, or injuries.
