About Affordable Community Energy Services Company

Affordable Community Energy Services Company or ACE has been created to bring sophisticated and reliable energy efficiency, water conservation and renewable energy expertise to the stakeholders of affordable and workforce housing—and the capital to put it into action. ACE is committed to a “whole tree” approach that balances more-efficient technologies—the “low-hanging fruit” such as lighting—with the slower paybacks of renewable energy for example. Many owners are reluctant to consider green retrofits due to the required expertise and time commitment. ACE uses a transparent customer-centric service approach to minimize the demands on its customers as much as possible.
