About AFP Consulting Company

I lead a consulting firm offering marketing, operations, logistics, and sales support for small to mid-range craft beer and beverage companies, as well as small to mid range manufacturing facilities. We have the ability to address all phases of the business and provide guidance and partnership through expansions and added efficiencies to systems and process with proven results. I have brought small projects that started as cash only breweries to 20+ sales person driven teams across the southeast eventually to guide the program to a Top 50 placement in craft beer from the bottom 6,000+. I also oversaw two M&As and expansion into seven additional states in the process. Additionally a complete rebranding and marketing operation was undertaken for two classic brands to bring renewed eyes and uptick the pulse of the business with proven and marked results. As well, numerous touches in major manufacturing have provided additional skills to locate pain points and create informed and unique solutions to your programming and operations planning. Efficiencies, helping find the right cheeks for the right seats, and driving sales are three major points I can assist your business with today. www.afpconsultingcompany.com
