About Africa Voiceover Day

Africa Voiceover Day is an annual celebration honouring and amplifying African voice artists’ remarkable talent and invaluable contributions. It serves as a platform to recognize our artistry, promote cultural diversity, and foster industry growth across the continent. Our Mission Africa Voiceover Day is dedicated to celebrating Africa's rich cultural diversity by showcasing the varied languages, dialects, and narratives that enrich our continent. The mission of the day is hereby three-fold and multi-dimensional: Showcase and Celebrate Diversity: To honor and spotlight the rich cultural diversity of Africa, showcasing the varied languages, dialects, and narratives that enrich the continent. Foster Professionalism and Structure: To instill a sense of professionalism and structured growth within the voiceover industry, encouraging high standards and ethical practices among practitioners. Empowerment and Education: To create a non-commercial platform to level the playing field for all stakeholders while educating the industry about homegrown solutions to challenges faced by African voiceover artists, agencies, and brands.
