About Age Irrelevance

The era of longevity has arrived and it’s changing the workplace and the landscape of society. From education to business, housing to healthcare, every aspect of our lives will be touched as we adapt to the 50-year career and 100-year life. What this new world looks like is up to us. We have a chance to fundamentally reassess the way we live and work, unlocking new opportunities for growth to benefit everyone – individuals, organisations, the economy and throughout society. Age Irrelevance is a not for profit, social enterprise with an asset lock. We encompass strategic consultancy and our advocacy campaign, redefining how society, business, and government respond to the realities of longer lives and changing demographics. We inspire organisations to unlock the economic and social value of longevity through practical, evidence-based solutions. To achieve this we offer longevity strategy consulting, working with businesses to design longevity strategies, support multi-stage careers, and prepare for 100-year life dynamics across employment, leadership, and consumer engagement. We partner on thought leadership and research, producing white papers, frameworks, and briefings that shape boardroom agendas and inform national strategy. Across the UK, we are empowering people to think differently about the way we live and work, through our national network of Ambassadors, Changemakers and Allies.
