About Agenda 21 Architects Studio

Development appraisal Right from the outset, we work closely with our clients to identify the most optimum development scenarios, considering their aims, aspired outcomes, and disposal requirements. Architecture Our design ethos is rooted in the desire to create inspirational contemporary buildings which respect the environment and enhance their surroundings. We create these without losing sight of the need for practicality and efficiency, delivered within budgets which represent value for money. Planning We assist our clients in navigating the increasingly convoluted and onerous planning process by advising on the optimum routes on delivery planning consents. We have considerable experience from all sides of the negotiating table and regularly advise clients and developers in connection with their financial obligations under the planning regulations, coordinating planning consultants and other advisors as appropriate. Conservation From resurrecting extensively defaced pre-Fire of London buildings to converting listed buildings in Central London to contemporary uses, our firm has an impressive track record of working with conservationists, restorers, and institutional bodies. Community A distinguishing aspect of our work is our breadth of expertise in creating elegant and functional community buildings which transcend cultural, religious, and social boundaries. Community groups and businesses value our efforts in demystifying the construction process for complex buildings, whether these are places of worship or centres for leisure and entertainment. Interior design Our schemes exploit to the full the visual potential of each of the spaces we create. The organisation of space to aid legibility of complex buildings by any category of user is always central to our thinking. We have hands-on expertise in smart procurement of finishes, and this allows us to deliver exceptional interiors within modest budgets.
