About Agentox AI

Agentox AI is a comprehensive infrastructure and platform designed to build, deploy, and manage real-time "AI employees." It serves as the backbone for businesses looking to automate complex, multi-step workflows with a focus on ultra-low latency and intelligent orchestration. Core Product: Alexor AI Alexor is the flagship calling AI developed by Agentox. It is engineered to replace traditional, static phone trees with dynamic, human-like voice interactions. Its primary differentiator is its 300ms latency, which eliminates the awkward pauses typically found in voice AI. Key Features of Alexor: Real-Time Intelligence: Powered by the Alexor Cloud Server, it uses streaming LLMs to begin speaking as it thinks, ensuring natural conversation flow. Smart Turn Detection (EOU/VAD): Advanced "Ears" that distinguish between a user’s pause for breath and the end of their sentence, preventing the AI from interrupting or waiting too long. Parallel Execution (Plugins): While talking, Alexor can simultaneously check calendars, query a CRM, or trigger webhooks to perform real-world tasks like booking appointments or qualifying leads. Multi-Channel Deployment: Seamlessly operates across WebRTC (for browser calls), PSTN (traditional phone lines), and SIP. Memory Layer: Utilizes a Vector DB for semantic memory and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), allowing the agent to remember context from earlier in the call or pull facts from a business knowledge base. Barge-in Support: Users can interrupt the AI at any time; it will instantly stop speaking and listen, just like a human assistant.
