The industry is facing a challenge where many Agile transformations are being led by individuals who lack proper training and experience, yet still claim to be Agile Coaches. This is a problem as it can lead to ineffective implementations and wasted resources. At our organization, we aim to address this issue by accrediting organizations and individuals that have demonstrated a serious commitment to their Scrum and Agile implementations by working with Scrum Alliance Certified Coaches. CECs and CTCs are highly experienced Agile Coaches and have undergone rigorous training and evaluation in both Agile and coaching, ensuring world-class professionalism in their practice. Our mission is to establish trust and confidence in the organizations that have demonstrated commitment towards high standards in Agility, Scrum and continuous improvement. We believe that by providing accreditation for their efforts, we can help this organizations maximizing the positive impact of Agile and Scrum in the world of work, attract the right talent, showcase their commitment to agility and effectiveness to shareholders, suppliers, and customers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout their entire organization.
