As a certified TBR trainer, I teach both in-person and virtual edition courses globally, helping individuals and organizations implement these powerful experiential learning techniques. Participants don't just learn about coaching—they embody it through practice, feedback, and reflection. TRANSFORMING LEADERS: Working with executives and leadership teams, I combine neuroscience-based coaching with practical skill development. Leaders learn to shift from advice-giving to powerful questioning, from directing to discovering.
