About Agriturismo Masseria Cappella

Agriturismo Masseria Cappella, a typical Apulian farm in Martina Franca (TA), is the ideal place for those who want to appreciate the genuineness of the countryside while staying close to the amazing sites of the Apulia region. During you stay we hope to convey the warmth of our family as well as the beauty of our historic farm surrounded by open spaces, forests, an organic garden and free-range animals. The farm dates back to the 19th century and contains the family church and four guest apartments, all completely renovated and furnished with modern amenities. The Agriturismo is situated in the rolling hills of the Itria Valley, 500m above sea level and close to important tourist attractions, like the towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Matera. Besides being a B&B, the masseria also produces organic cheese and bread products under the Valcoop brand. Finally, we cannot forget our restaurant, which our family uses to treat guests to famous and delicious Apulian dishes made using the unique and typical products of our land. The presence of the forests, historic trails and beautiful weather year-round makes the masseria perfect for excursions by bike, by horse, or by foot in the nearby Riserva Naturale del Bosco delle Pianelle. We also offer lessons about Italian and Apulian food with a particular focus on the art of making bread, pasta and cheese. We are also happy to note that children are able to enjoy everything we have to offer. We have been a “teaching farm” for the past few years because we want children to know the values of agricultural life we want to give them the same love for the environment that we have here at Masseria Cappella. The Agriturismo Masseria Cappella is the ideal place for whoever wants to relax their body and wake up their mind, as well as for those who wish to rediscover the pure and genuine taste of the delicious Apulian cuisine.
