About AgrofixiNG

We are a consulting and advisory firm dedicated to building food-secure, climate-resilient futures across Africa. At the intersection of agriculture, climate, and markets, we help governments, development partners and businesses design and deliver solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. Our approach combines deep research, tailored advisory, and practical solutions that strengthen agricultural systems and unlock market opportunities. We design strategies and policies that scale, build investment and financing models that deliver results, and provide measurement and evaluation frameworks to ensure accountability and sustainability. We deliver value through 4 service areas: Strategy & Policy Advisory → We work with governments, donors, and institutions to design actionable agricultural and climate-smart strategies, strengthen trade competitiveness, and build policy roadmaps for inclusive growth. Project Design & Implementation → We support development partners and NGOs in shaping and executing high-impact programs that improve food systems resilience, embed circular economy practices, and unlock finance for farmers and enterprises. Market Systems & Private Sector Development → We work with agribusinesses, investors, and entrepreneurs to strengthen value chains, scale innovations, and create market systems where farmers and businesses thrive together. Measurement & Evaluation → We equip organizations, funders, and coalitions with evidence-based tools, data systems, and impact measurement frameworks that track results and guide smarter decisions.
