Ahimsa Studios is a Yoga and Pilates studio rooted in the principles of non-harm (ahimsa), intention, presence, and community. Located in Queen Anne, Seattle, our studio offers group yoga classes, Pilates sessions (including private reformer training), workshops, meditation, and wellness offices.
