About AHLATCI METAL REFINERY FZCO

Ahlatcı Metal Refinery FZCO is a JAFZA-licensed industrial gold and precious metals refinery located in Dubai and operating under Ahlatcı Group, a well-established industrial group with long-standing experience in precious metals and regulated industrial operations. The refinery operates as a process-controlled production facility, where refining, smelting, casting, and laboratory functions are executed within defined process flows, documented operating procedures, and clear material accountability frameworks. Production equipment is selected and configured to ensure process stability, repeatability, and metallurgical reliability, aligned with internationally accepted refinery practices. While the facility does not rely on full process automation, operations are conducted through controlled manual and semi-controlled processes, supported by experienced personnel, written SOPs, and disciplined shift execution. Mass balance control, yield monitoring, loss management, and segregation of materials are integral parts of daily operations. Laboratory activities are embedded within the production workflow, providing analytical verification, sampling discipline, and quality assurance in support of refining and smelting processes. The refinery maintains traceability, documentation, and record-keeping practices consistent with audit and inspection requirements. Ahlatcı Metal Refinery FZCO operates in a high-security, audit-ready environment, with a clear focus on process integrity, operational discipline, and compliance-oriented production, and is structured as a long-term industrial refining operation, not a trading-only or temporary facility.
