About ai365
ai365 is a secure online sophisticated analytical tool and data repository providing holistic and robust management and governance of patient support and homecare programmes. Patient Support Programmes (PSPs), including homecare services, are amongst the most significant indirect spend items on the balance sheet of some pharmaceutical companies. However, financial and clinical governance of these programmes is often inconsistent, cumbersome and haphazard, which inevitably leaves companies exposed to risk, regulatory failings and findings. Furthermore, programmes are often left to run for years and years without rigorous analysis to assess value and effectiveness. A regulatory or contractual failing often triggers pharmaceutical companies to employ more and more people in the hope that the management of their PSPs is going to improve, however this is a costly approach often without success and can increase further risk due to a lack of consistency.
