We can coordinate all of the necessary details of the case, including injury assessment, client and family education, coordination of care between all parties, attending medical appointments, etc. Our goal as the case manager on a No Fault automobile accident case is to enhance the overall care, treatment, and rehabilitation of injured auto accident victims, so all parties have a positive experience. We have extensive experience with: Both short and long term case management Injury assessment Client and family education, including: the impact of any injuries what to expect from the rehabilitation process the role of a case manager the role of the insurance company Hospital, home and rehab facility visits, as needed—including attending medical appointments Coordination of care between multiple providers Assisting with return to work, therapy, equipment, home care and housing issues Helping clients in the restoration, maintenance and promotion of optimal health
