About Aim Consultant Engineers

For nearly two decades, AIM Consultant Engineers has shaped the built environment across Australia. Founded in 2007, we began as a trusted project management firm serving clients in Sydney and Manchester. Today, we've grown into a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering Project Management, Construction Management, Design Management, Sustainability and Building Services Engineering all under one roof. Who we work with We partner with architects, interior designers, property developers, and building owners who want a consultancy that genuinely understands both the design intent and the delivery realities. We bridge the gap between vision and construction — protecting your design, your budget, and your timeline. What we do - Project & Construction Management — end-to-end delivery from concept through handover, across commercial, residential, hospitality, education, healthcare, aged care, and leisure sectors - Design Management — coordinating multidisciplinary design teams to keep creative ambition buildable and on programme - Building Services Engineering — electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fire engineering design tailored to your project's needs - Value Engineering — smart cost and programme optimisation without compromising quality or design integrity Our difference We know the decisions made early at concept, cost planning, and design development define every dollar and week that follows. That's why we embed ourselves in your project from the start, not just when construction begins. At AIM, we bring the expertise to realise your vision and the discipline to deliver it.
