AirLab is making altitude training accessible to everyone, and we are revolutionizing the way we get fit. Our simulated elevation training atmosphere is our competitive edge. Workout less and see greater results! Scientifically proven to be more effective than training at your normal elevation. Our small group classes lead by amazing trainers are a HIIT style workout including a mix of strength, endurance, and conditioning training.
