At AirRefund, we’re dedicated to helping air passengers claim compensation for their delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights. With over 15 years of experience and 9 legal teams across Europe, we make sure to hold airlines accountable. An easy and efficient claiming process is most important to us. Travel can be stressful, and even the smallest disruption can cause major inconvenience. That’s why we’re here for travellers who aren’t sure of their rights, find the claims process too complicated, or simply don’t have the time. We work under the European Regulation EC 261/2004, which gives passengers the right to up to €600 in case of a last minute flight cancellation, denied boarding, or a delay of at least 3 hours. As a member of APRA – the Association of Passenger Rights Advocates – we continuously strive to reinforce fair treatment and transparency for all travellers across the EU.
