About AITO - The Specialist Travel Association

AITO is an association that represents the UK & Ireland's most trusted specialist tour operators. Our membership is made up of tour operators, travel agents, tourist boards and affiliates. Our members are passionate about the specialist destinations and holiday types they offer, meaning they are uniquely placed to provide personalised advice based on first-hand experience. All AITO members are required to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction by concentrating on three main pillars; choice, quality and service – as enshrined in our quality charter. We feel that it’s thanks to these qualities that AITO company’s consistency dominates consumer-voted travel awards every year.
