AJ Augur Group, LLC - Plastics Recruiters, Plastics Headhunters - Offering recruiting and staffing for the plastics industry, servicing North America. Owned and operated by Dan Regovich, a veteran of the industry since 1997. Dan has assisted countless companies, both large and small, in filling critical positions within the plastics and plastic packaging industries. All clients will have customized search plan that will quickly identify top candidates for critical open positions. When looking for a Plastics Recruiter / Plastics Headhunter, call Dan! "I have had the pleasure of working with Dan Regovich of AJ Augur as both a Candidate and as a Hiring Manager. Both efforts were successful and I’m pleased to recommend Dan from both sides of the Hiring process." "Dan is a true professional, and in my opinion, is a stand out in the industry. His approach to match the needs of the candidate to company and of the company to the candidate is unique. Opportunities and candidates are well vetted, allowing for the best possible match of talent and company. The long-‐term success of the match is greatly enhanced via his approach." In an industry that has increasingly become more cookie cutter and impersonal in nature, Dan is involved and participatory. Rather than provide forms for you to complete, he takes ownership, engages, listens and comprehends. From my perspective, I believe that is critical, as I much prefer conversation, discussion and conclusion to "forms”. Listening is not always hearing and I believe Dan "hears" better than most. Hiring Top Level personnel for Key and Management positions is still a people process and it's been my experience that Dan excels in this regard." - VP Sales - injection molding company
