About AJS Consulting Company LLC

“If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.” Dalai Lama. Our Mind Set AJS Consulting Company LLC is a boutique that uses overlay strategies to assist Not-For-Profit, For-Profit, and Global organizations in producing superior results. By overlay, we mean we work outside the President/CEO's organization. We deliver options they can implement immediately or inventory until the organization best receives the option(s). Some people have described us as their organizations' R & D (Research & Development) arm. We are a small agile company that plans to “punch above its weight class.” Our strategy recommendations are well-researched. As a result, we can advise our clients on implementing complex strategies fast, accurately, and without any trauma to the existing organization. Our firm can provide superb slide presentations. However, as we are a firm focused on implementation & operations, we seldom offer slides as a part of our operational style. Micro Summary As AJS Consulting Company LLC builds our relationship with our clients, we will recommend strategies using Micro Summaries. We think this approach is more straightforward for busy executives to read, digest, and implement. But, again, we are a strategy & implementation-based firm, not a “slide presentation-based firm.
