About AK Building Services

AK Building Services is a multi-generation business. Mark Cedar has grown AK Building Services from a regional commercial cleaning company in South Florida to an enterprise level commercial cleaning service across the entire state of Florida. AK Building Services provides commercial cleaning services to the state of Florida, based in South Florida. At AK we know that anyone can pick up a mop or broom, but it takes a professional to provide a seamless and stress-free solution for a commercial location. That’s our AK Advantage! We use technology and our proprietary process for sustainable cleaning with high levels of standards and training. We have rigorous internal inspection systems, along with multiple industry certifications, such as LEED, HIPPA, and HAZCOM. AK Building Services offers a superior commercial cleaning solution for multi-location commercial spaces and businesses.
