About Akademie für mentale Gesundheit

The Academy for Mental Health is a Germany-wide network of experts that offers exciting topics related to mental health in very different formats for small and large companies and organizations. Under the leadership of founder Bettina Tittel, experienced coaches and trainers have come together with the vision of strengthening people's personal mental health in a professional context and supporting teams to come together better in terms of needs, emotions and values, and to be more appreciative of one another to communicate and thereby make processes more conflict-free and therefore more efficient. During keynote speeches, workshops or health days, we talk openly and lively about why mental health is currently such an important topic and, above all, how you can strengthen mental health in individuals, teams and organizations. Almost all of our formats can be carried out both online and offline. It is important to us to address as many people as possible and to make the topic as sustainable as possible through exciting short formats such as our “Mental Health Breaks”, our “Mental Health Cookies” or our eLearning. In the context of leadership, we also offer current content in the area of healthy leadership such as neuro-leadership or self-reflection in order to strengthen the most important pillars of the company and to provide managers with methods and tools for needs-oriented leadership and resilience in the company to establish. Please feel free to contact us. You can get to know us and our ideas better in a free initial consultation and, if you wish, we will be happy to make you a non-binding offer.
