About Akjba srls

AKJBA Software House SRLS is an Italian company specializing in the development of software applications, both proprietary and for third parties. We design digital solutions starting from real business needs, with the goal of creating reliable, practical products ready to be used in everyday operational contexts. Over time, we have collaborated with companies across different industries, developing custom applications and gaining hands‑on experience in managing systems used daily by end users, administrative departments, and internal teams. This experience has shaped our pragmatic approach, focused on simplicity, stability, and seamless integration with existing tools. Alongside client projects, AKJBA invests in the development of proprietary applications, concentrating on product design, continuous improvement, and ongoing support. Our solutions stem from the analysis of concrete, repetitive problems that are often handled manually or with inadequate tools, leading to inefficiencies and errors. At this stage, we are promoting one of our proprietary applications: Gestione Anomalie. It is a platform designed to support companies and payroll firms in the automated control between time clock entries and meal vouchers, reducing manual checks and enabling the early detection of inconsistencies before critical phases such as payroll closing. Our way of working is based on close collaboration with clients, attentive listening to their needs, and a strong focus on long‑term product quality. We do not deliver pre‑packaged standard solutions, but tools designed to last, evolve, and adapt to the changing needs of organizations. AKJBA believes in long‑term relationships, transparency, and the creation of solutions that deliver real value to businesses, supporting them in their digital evolution journey with expertise and reliability.
