After helping organizations for over a decade to use Scrum and accelerate delivery, he noticed a recurring anti-pattern: teams were getting faster but not necessarily more valuable. They delivered features at high speed but struggled to visualize whether those features created measurable business impact. The missing piece was clear, actionable scoreboards of business value. Ravi discovered four common barriers: • Complexity – Teams were overwhelmed by how to select the right metrics. • Licensing – Expensive tools like Tableau and Power BI were out of reach. • Time – Scrum Teams had no bandwidth to build dashboards manually. • Staffing – There were no dedicated people to maintain those dashboards. The result? Teams kept shipping features like throwing spaghetti on the wall, rarely checking if it stuck before moving to the next release.
