About ALAVANCA

Alavanca helpt (semi)publieke organisaties bij de aanpak van agressie. Dit doen wij door organisaties en werknemers te trainen in het herkennen en erkennen van de eigen rol in het ontstaan van agressie op de werkvloer. Daarnaast geven wij vaardigheden om preventief en de-escalerend op te treden. Ook geven wij mentale en fysieke weerbaarheidstrainingen. Wij bieden de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een e-learning. Het voordeel hiervan is dat de training op locatie korter kan duren of meer specifiek op de opdracht toegespitst kan worden.
