About Albright Dene

Here at Albright Dene, we are specialists in significantly increasing the value of property assets, at no financial risk to you, by offering a unique planning solution. Working with property investors, downsizers, probate solicitors, estate agents, wealth managers and independent financial advisors, we help them to maximise their property assets. Managing Director, Joe McDermott, is an expert at identifying hidden opportunities to add value to property assets. Each and every project we take on is allocated a dedicated team, including a project manager, senior planner, architect, highways engineer, arboriculturist, ecologist and civil engineer. We are extremely fortunate to count Gareth Capner amongst our team of experts. Gareth is widely acknowledged as one of the best town planners this country has produced. With such a strong and dedicated team, we have an enviable track record of securing planning consents that have significantly enhanced the value of sites. Our portfolio includes residential projects ranging from single houses to high density apartment schemes of up to 59 units, as well as commercial to residential schemes. We assess your property or land for the potential to increase its value by securing a planning consent. We take the risk, paying all fees and managing the planning application through the minefield that is the Local Authority planning system to a successful conclusion – the granting of a planning consent. Due to the unique way we operate, our interests are fully aligned with yours, ensuring we both work towards the common goal of adding as much value as possible to your property or land. With years of experience, we know what works, and because we work completely at risk financially until we succeed, you can be confident in the knowledge Albright Dene will go the extra mile to achieve a successful outcome.
