SC ALC INJECT POLISTIREN SRL produces injection molded parts from expanded EPS polystyrene and EPP expanded polypropylene with densities between 17 - 40 g / l (EPS) and 16-95 (EPP). The products resulting from the injection process can be used both in the automotive industry and in various fields. The beginning of the activity of SC ALC INJECT POLISTIREN SRL was given by the EPS injection process for the automotive industry, after start the production of packaging products ,afterwards the EPP injection part was approached. The company ALC INJECT POLISTIREN SRL produces polystyrene expanded in forms to the highest quality standard. The guarantee is represented by the quality management system ISO9001 AND IATF 16949: 2016, the environment ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification . During the years of activity the development was followed continuous quality of injected products and increased productivity. The quality of the products was imposed by the high standards of the customers but also by the desire to expand on the internal and external market. In the medium and long term, the company intends to develop new projects having as main objective the satisfaction of the clients' demand and the modernization of the entire infrastructure with new available technology (electric injection machines both EPS and EPP. Currently the company has 30 EPS injection machines and 5 EPP . In 2019 with the REGIO 2014 - 2020 program, through the acquisition of new equipment, the production capacity has been increased by up to 25%!
