About Aldea Executive Search

Most recruitment processes go off track long before the interviews begin. Aldea is here for the moments when something truly business critical needs to be solved - not just a seat to be filled. I work closely with the CEO and executive team to understand the company’s goals, strengths, and gaps, and from there define the personality and capabilities that will genuinely drive growth. Focus: SaaS, scale-up, and impact-driven companies recruiting commercial or operational leaders. I lead the entire process myself - from analysis to signed offer - to ensure quality, pace, and precision. Aldea offers Executive Search, second opinions, team assessments, and advisory support in recruitment strategy.
