About Alder & Co. AI

At Alder & Co. AI, we help companies find and recover revenue hidden in their customer data. Most businesses are sitting on valuable data — but lack the systems to turn it into consistent, revenue-generating action. We solve that. By combining customer intelligence with AI-driven decisioning, we identify the customers that matter most, uncover where revenue is being lost, and take action to recover it — automatically. Our work goes beyond dashboards and reporting. We build systems that: • Identify high-value and at-risk customers • Detect revenue leaks across segments, channels, and behaviour • Deliver targeted actions — from personalised messaging to campaign optimisation • Track results and continuously improve performance The result? 👉 More revenue from the customers you already have 👉 Smarter decisions driven by real data 👉 A system that improves week on week We work with retail, eCommerce, and FMCG businesses that want to move from data analysis → to data-driven growth. Our model is simple: Identify → Act → Learn → Repeat This is the foundation of how modern businesses should operate. ⸻ Based in Australia, we partner with a small number of clients across APAC and globally, delivering high-impact, tailored solutions. If you believe your business is sitting on untapped revenue — you’re probably right. ⸻ 🌿 Learn more: www.aldernco.ai 📩 Contact: [email protected]
