About Alegoria Game

Alegoria is the tool that acts like a game to transform stress and loneliness into joy and belonging so that your groups can shine through. THE MAGIC Alegoria integrates psychology and play into its game design to regulate the nervous system and promote healthy and effective communication. So, while your teams connect meaningfully and share the experience of belonging, they are also releasing stress and learning how to communicate and engage with each other. THE JOURNEY We created Alegoria as an answer to the deep sense of disconnect with ourselves and with others that gets in the way of a fulfilling life. We are fascinated with how true connection can transform people into their most genuine, curious and resilient selves. When we find the space to feel safe and connect, we can reach out, follow our dreams, and work with others. THE MISSION To support team leaders and counsellors and their groups to transform stress and disconnect into belonging through connection and healthy communication.
