About Alex Love Consulting

Alex Love Consulting helps employers create inclusive workplace culture through an analysis of their policies, procedures, and people strategy. We go beyond counting the number of diverse voices at the table by digging deeper into the systems and structures of an organization to uncover better ways of supporting their employees and their diverse backgrounds. After a detailed assessment of your organization’s needs, we’ll work together to create a bespoke program that will support your team’s strategic vision for diversity, equity & inclusion.
