About ALFATHERM SPA

Alfatherm is an Italian company and a European leader in the production of thermoplastic films, in particular rigid, semi-rigid and plasticized PVC foils. Founded in 1963 in Venegono Superiore (Varese), it is one of the oldest companies in the plastics calendering sector. Alfatherm foils are used in a wide range of applications: furniture, food packaging, stationery, shrink labels (sleeves), wine cups, adhesive labels and advertising printed foils. The constant drive for innovation has made of Alfatherm a world leader in the surface decoration industry. The company is a reference point for the world's leading manufacturers of decorative panels, thanks to its super-matt surfaces highly resistant to scratches and stains, and to its exclusive embossed-in-register technology which allows to produce decorated surfaces hardly distinguishable from real wood.
