Alfii is a Dubai-based HR tech startup founded by Yousef Albarqawi and Becky Jefferies on a mission to help companies take better care of their people by automating and humanizing HR operations. We’re building a SaaS platform that supports end-to-end automation of HR workflows and allows businesses to manage all employee data through one holisticsolution. By freeing HR owners from convoluted and time-consuming administrative work, we enable them to focus on the more critical workforce challenges. We’re starting by making it refreshingly easy to onboard and pay employees, no matter where they’re located. And after that, we're tackling the rest of the employee lifecycle. It’s designed to be simple and intuitive for both employers and employees to use at every touchpoint, while giving HR owners best-in-class analytics and deep insights to help them take better care of their people.
